Crafted with precision and foresight, this strategic plan serves as a guide, illuminating the organization’s trajectory toward excellence and impact. Recognizing the dynamic nature of the sports and non-profit sectors, USABA acknowledges the need for adaptability and responsiveness. As a living document, this roadmap will be a dynamic framework subject to continuous evaluation and refinement. The creation of this strategic plan was a collaborative effort, drawing upon the collective wisdom and insights of the executive team, dedicated staff, impassioned athletes, and members of the USABA board.
