Learn To Race Cycling Camp
In partnership with Disabled Sports USA (DSUSA), U.S. Handcycling (USHF) and U.S. Paralympics, the United States Association of Blind Athletes (USABA), is pleased to host a Learn to Race Cycling Development Camp for riders with physical disabilities at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, May 1 - 8, 2013. If your goal is to become an Elite Paralympic Cyclist, this camp is for you.
Cyclists will learn bike handling skills, safe riding techniques, and most importantly, road racing strategies. Riders are on their bikes twice per day, and will ride between 150-200 miles for the week. Athletes will practice skills, engage in race simulations, and have classroom discussions nightly.
